ORDERING AND SHIPPING
During weekdays, all orders, placed before 10:30 Am, will be prepared and collected on same day, then delivered the day after (Day+1). After 10:30 Am cut off, orders will be delivered on Day+2.
For orders placed during weekends, orders will be collected on Mondays and delivered on Tuesdays.

An order acknowledgement email will be sent to your email address after you have placed order. In case of wrong / missing info found in the order, our Team will contact you by phone call or email.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. We recommend double checking your email address, phone contact, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.
We do not have any minimum amount, but you will have to support shipping charges as per our policy (see delivery charge section).

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email. All our orders should be received Friday before 10pm.
If unforeseen events will cause your order to be delayed, we will call you. Feel free to call us at +852 5300 0225 for immediate assistance.
Delivery will be delayed or rescheduled if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

We use Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal payments. Customers paying with a credit card must be the holders of the relevant card. All product prices listed are in HK dollars
We are sorry, but we do not accept cash on delivery.
Delivery service is provided to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and part of the Island areas (Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay)
We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Free delivery : For any net purchase of HK$500 or above to same delivery address.
My Gourmandises will offer half of delivery cost, and will charge HK$50, for any Purchase greater than HK$300 and less than HK$500
Delivery charge of HK$100 will be levied on any purchase less than HK$300.
Delivery timeslots vary according to your delivery address, therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
All our orders should be received before maximum Friday 10 pm.
The driver should contact you 30 min before delivery as per your contact number.
